How to Cancel Your CrushOn AI Subscription and Delete Your Account

The most important thing to understand before starting: cancelling your subscription and deleting your account are separate actions. Most users need to cancel the subscription first. Deleting the account without cancelling the subscription may leave billing active in some cases.

Cancel First: Stop Future Billing

Cancelling on Website (Web and Android)

1. Log in at crushon.ai
2. Click your profile (top right corner or sidebar)
3. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription (or Billing)
4. Select "Cancel Plan"
5. Follow the cancellation prompts and confirm

Confirmation: your subscription should now show a status of "Cancelled" with an expiry date. Save a screenshot.

Cancelling on iOS (App Store Subscription)

Apple manages iOS subscriptions separately — you cannot cancel an App Store subscription through the CrushOn AI app or website.

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find CrushOn AI in your active subscriptions
5. Tap it and select Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm

If CrushOn AI does not appear in your iPhone Subscriptions, you did not subscribe through Apple — check the web or Android options.

Cancelling on Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Find CrushOn AI
4. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

Cancelling via Subscribestar

If you subscribed on the CrushOn AI website and your billing is processed through Subscribestar:

1. Log in at subscribestar.adult
2. Navigate to your subscriptions
3. Find and cancel the CrushOn AI subscription

What Happens After Cancellation

• Future charges stop
• Your current subscription access continues until the billing period ends
• At period end, account reverts to free tier (50 messages/day)
• All conversation history and characters are retained
• Your account is not deleted

Cancelled subscriptions do not generate partial refunds — access continues through the paid period.

Delete Your Account: Permanent Data Removal

Account deletion removes everything and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:

• Cancel any active subscription (above)
• Export any conversation or character data you want to keep
• Note: character deletion removes them from the public library, affecting other users who interacted with them

Deletion steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Find Delete Account option and click it
4. Follow the confirmation flow

If you don't see a self-service deletion option, contact support directly through the in-app help or Discord to request manual deletion. Manual processing takes approximately 48 hours.

How to Delete Messages

Individual messages and conversations can be deleted within the chat interface:

• Single message: Long-press (mobile) or hover and select delete option (desktop)
• Entire conversation: Conversation settings → Clear chat or Delete conversation

Note: Message deletion from the conversation view does not necessarily purge data from servers immediately. Full account deletion is the correct mechanism for requesting complete data removal.

Refunds

CrushOn AI does not advertise a standard refund policy. Refund options depend on your payment method:

• Web/Subscribestar: Contact Subscribestar support directly
• Apple App Store: Use Apple's refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Use Google's standard Play Store refund process

Act promptly — refund eligibility windows are typically short (hours to days).
